Purpose, belief, empowerment, compassion, and servant leader are the few words that shine bright in my mind when I remember you. Working under your exceptional leadership was an absolute delight and a great learning opportunity. As Chief Purpose Officer, you have made me realize and connect with my life purpose and hone my leadership capability (Quantum & Servant leadership) by being a mentor. You made me visualize how despite working in a corporate we can serve the community, society, and our nation through collaboration, compassion, and the simple act of “Kritagyata”.

Lara can best be described as a force of nature. She brings tremendous energy and purpose to her role and I have enjoyed learning about value systems while working in a commercial organization through her. As my counterpart running the Pharma business when I was heading the Roche Diagnostics India organization, we established a comfortable and trusting rapport which facilitated true collaboration across our divisions. Lara was Head of Marketing and Sales operations when I headed Region LA. Lara is a very effective leader due to her high level of enthusiasm and energy as well as her strong interpersonal skills.
