We believe in human beings and their infinite potential to connect and build a better world when their Purpose drives them.
WorkCoherence®
WorkCoherence is a movement for conscious transformation—of leaders, teams, and organizations. Born from Lara Bezerra’s global journey, it now lives as an independent platform that unites purpose-driven insights, grounded methodologies, and human-centered wisdom to elevate the way we lead and live.
4 pillars of coherence
At WorkCoherence, we recognize the human being as one inseparable whole—mind, heart, body, and system. Integrality is not balance; it is the conscious presence in all dimensions of life at once. It means acknowledging that who we are at home, at work, in silence, and in service are all reflections of the same self. Integrality also embraces time—our past as a source of insight and our future as a responsibility. By honoring our story and foreseeing our impact, we lead with wholeness. When individuals and organizations show up in their wholeness, coherence becomes possible—and transformation, inevitable.
Mission: To foster the transformation of leaders and organizations through conscious and coherent leadership—rooted in purpose, driven by integrity, and committed to meaningful impact—so that culture, business, and society evolve in alignment with human and planetary coherence.
Vision: To become a global reference for organizational and human transformation—grounded in purpose, spirituality, and sustainability. WorkCoherence exists to guide those who seek to lead with authenticity, coherence, and conscious presence, creating futures anchored in values and collective well-being.
HISTORY OF WORKCOHERENCE
WorkCoherence was born from Lara Bezerra’s personal and professional transformation—after decades as a global leader, she recognized a deep misalignment between corporate structures and the human need for purpose and coherence. From this realization, a movement emerged: WorkCoherence, a living platform dedicated to transforming leadership, organizations, and the world from the inside out.
We spread practices, tools, and lived methodologies that reconnect people to their Purpose and help organizations align values with strategy. Through consulting, development programs, and meaningful conversations, we guide leaders to build cultures of integrity, collaboration, and genuine well-being—where people don’t just work, but thrive.
WorkCoherence is more than a methodology—it’s an invitation. To rethink the way we live, lead, and relate. To become part of a movement where companies evolve through coherence, and people rediscover their power to shape a future led by love, courage, and conscious impact. Join us in building this legacy—one leader, one choice, one transformation at a time.
