Be gone forever – a good thing? …yes I learn yes (new paradigm broken)
Life is always surprising you, but the best part of it, when suddenly something significant happens, and you have an INSIGHT – and when this insight is revealing something divine, superior and sublime is marvelous – lately this has been with kids… I will tell how it was: Today evening my husband and I were talking about his day, and he was telling how a little girl, from an foundation where we are part (we are working on a foster care of 3 siblings) and when picking up the boy, a girl, friend of them has come to my husband and told “Tito (how they call him there), guess what? I will be gone forever soon!”… She was very happy, she was glooming, and all the children from her place were happy for her. Then we remembered that, some weeks ago we noticed that one boy was no there, and when we asked for Pedro, the children told with a huge smile on their faces “he is gone forever!!!!”… For them “to be gone forever” means that they are given a chance to live with a family, and not seeing the friends any more was not a pain, rather a happiness, a hope, that one day they will also “be gone forever”… 🙂 My husband and I were discussing this when suddenly we had this insight that any children that thinks like this will fit so perfectly to our lives… How God can be so generous? The kids are so fascinated to know the new, to see what is out of the routine, they are so brave that, despite of being unknown, they want a new world, a new life – who is born like this? We were always different from our friends, we always had no attachment, we love our family from the bottom of our hearts, but we also love to travel, we fall in love with friends, colleagues countries, but we still love to know new places, new cultures, new friends… I had always felt bad for being so selfish and not “respecting” the feeling, the nostalgia my family had, I miss them deeply, but I love my life of travel… Suddenly we knew that the dots were connecting, we could see each one forming a figure of the real meaning of many things – yes, this was all our destiny, to come to Venezuela, to change the company, to meet the right people to introduce us to children that might or not, one day be gone forever with us… And then, the “gone forever” had started to have a different meaning, it started to be beautiful, nothing selfish, it does not matter if I will miss the person, but he/she will be happy, we have to let it go, and we have to be happy for them, and we have to be truly happy when anyone is gone forever, even if this person is you, yourself… My best day in life will be when my kids friends will turn them a party to celebrate that, from that day on, they will “be gone forever”, and “be gone forever” with us, to us…. Thanks God people can “be gone forever”!!
Venezuela, what the world should see, blessed Venezuela!
Venezuela…. Why live in Venezuela? Apart from the Venezuelans? Apart from its nature? Apart from its energy? Apart from its diversity? Apart from its passion? 🙂 Let us talk you, who does not live here, through all the reasons why my husband and I decided to choose this country to be our home for the last 2 years and for the next 3, 4 or 5 years!! …and it does matter what happens, we love Venezuela and the Venezuelans! 1) Venezuelans: To work in Venezuela is a dream for anyone who has a management, leadership position. The venezuelans are very flexible, are very quick to implement any idea, whatever appears, you have to stop them, because, if they like the idea, they do not wait a second to start implementing it. On the other side, if they do not like it, they will not complain, but they will directly tell you, but with the intention to quickly find what is the best solution! The Venezuelans make you a better person and a better professional – they will challenge you and they will demand you to be the best to be able to work with them. They are strong people, with lots, lots of passion, as a consequence they are fully committed, but they must believe, they must see a purpose, and if they do, bring your motors, you will need it! The definition is that Venezuelans are leaders, and working with them make all the strengths to be potentialize, as a conclusion I can tell that this is a nation that together can go far, far away, as they have the gift to bring the best out of the other people! 2) Its Nature: Venezuela has everything, beaches, mountains, cold, warm weather, savannas, dunes, forest… The capital of Venezuela has a mountain inside its city, Avilla – not a mountain, but A MOUNTAIN The Caraqueños have the healthy habit to climb it, it is a bless, it makes the capital green, it makes each ride through the autopista a new surprise, climbing it a sunday, till the pajaritos, you will find some waterfalls, yes, waterfalls, in the capital of the country… ok, surprised? Let us talk about; Los Roques – this is a group of islands, 30 minutes from Caracas, yes 30 minutes flight, it is in Caribbean Sea – crystal clear water, warm water… the paradise at earth, one of the most beautiful places I have been! Several other examples can be given as a nature bless; Choroni, Merida, Rafting in Barinas, Puerto Ordaz, and all so so blessed, so much energy… ahá – other point to be in Venezuela; 3) Venezuela energy – Tepuis, Canaima Did you know that the oldest rock formation of the world is in Venezuela? Yes, also where the highest waterfall in world is located, the San Angel. This place was considered one of 10 most irreplaceable ecosystems on earth (http://www.globalpost.com/dispatch/news/science/131123/10-most-irreplaceable-ecosystems-earth-according-science). The energy of this place is incredible, also the Canaima lake, the Salto Hacha, here was the best experience that my husband and myself had, meditating under this waterfall… This all energy comes also from all the virgin forest, and also the Pemons, a tribe which lives in this region and thousands legends make us believe in the magic – and then also a Spanish Priest, Padre Xavier, a saint in our opinion, who loves everybody who is there and goes there, a priest who made us want to get married under the church laws after so many years! This brings to the other interesting and loveable magic of Venezuela, its; 4) Diversity!! Here I copy paste wikipedia, where the best definition can be found: “Venezuela has a rich cultural heritage. Each Venezuelan has a different passion, or a different way to express it, but all, without exception, even the coldest Venezuelan (if anyone can find a cold Venezuelan will win THE prize), will show his/her passion much more than one expects! One way to see it, is to check how they dance salsa, how they sing karaoke, how they make jokes of any tragedy or difficulties that they face! The passion of the Venezuelans is something contagious, you can not stay in the country more than 1 year without turning yourself passionate, spiritual, with a different energy, with lots of bless, and with a great way to see the world. … 🙂 Many of you might be thinking that I am crazy and that this is just my eyes, or that I am being too positive, since what is shown these days is something different, but I guarantee that this country and this Venezuelans worth much more than their petrol, and their power is within their level of spirituality and energy, their country makes them live within one the most energetic part of the planet, and their heart is huge! By the end this is basically why I love to be here, it might be that by osmosis or habit I might learn to be as special as the Venezuelans are!
Love, change, regret
When is the right time to make a change? Which is the change you want to make? What is really your aim? Is there any change that you can make and no regrets will appear? Once I was told that whatever you do with love, for love can not be a mistake… So, then, when is the right time? Well, you are given gifts, opportunities and everything appears at the right moment in your life, as once told during a graduation in Stanford, by a wise person, you will not understand the importance of that moment, of that gift, at the present moment, not even if you look forward, but if you will take it, sometime later, by looking back, the dots will be connected and you will understand why everything happened as it did… it happened… …but not if you did not have the courage, passion to do so, then again the question – when is the right time? 🙂 Anytime is the right time… How to do it is the right question… What solved my problems, kept my doubts apart as well as fear, was a simple fact: You do not have to think too much – if something tells you to do something, just do it – do not think on the problems, do not think on what can end up wrong… You know what??? Because EVERYTHING IN LIFE CAN BE CHANGED – NOTHING IS FOREVER!! Meaning that you do not have to fear or think so much, since if something goes wrong, you can always do differently! Well, this was how my mother has helped me, indeed has convinced me to accept to leave Brazil for a proposal of an international career, not any international career, not an international career that has a guarantee from your home country that you can come back whenever you want, but an international career that would make me quit my Brazilian country and for sure I could not come back before 14 years – yes 14 years – this is what my boss told me, “Lara this contract is international, and for you to go higher in your Brazilian organization, you will have to leave and have an international career experience, and you will not be back before 14 years…”… 14 years, 1999 – not come back before 2013…. how can one leave your family and not think on coming back soon??? How can I sacrifice so much??? How can my company ask me this??? Which kind of person would do so??? How could I leave far away from my brother and sister… my mother, father… and not come back sooner??? …when I shared all my thoughts, more doubts and fears than thoughts, my mother chose the most simplistic way, as always… she asked me: “… ok, this is what your boss tells you, but who will prevent you from coming back if one day, after 5 years, you want to come back and you have just to be sure that you have done your best, so well, that you are in a position to ask something, you ask to be back, there can be a chance that they will allow you, if not, you buy a ticket, quit your job, come back home, and with the experience you got, who can stop you?? – remember, when you are not afraid, and you keep your values, nothing, nobody can stop you… you will decide your life…” 🙂 This is how I learned, this is from where I got my “guts”, my courage – indeed, I just know that whatever decision I take in my life I ALWAYS have the chance to change it, I will never be embarrassed of tell that I made a wrong decision and that I want to change my path !!!!!!! This has changed my life, and from this period one, I just know that everything will end up right, because if something is not right, it means that it is not the end, you change it, look for the right, take the new path, and then – tchan nan – the right way – it ended up right, not for nothing, but because you are the owner of your choices, so you are the owner of your glory, victory and success!!! 🙂 I do miss my mother, but from some 5 years now, my husband has done her job, and for this I love him hugely!!!
Costa Rica – 15 days – first proposal

Ser Feliz é…. (…de meu computador 2007)
Posso ter defeitos, viver ansiosa e ficar irritada algumas vezes, mas não esqueço de que a minha vida é a maior empresa do mundo. E que posso evitar que ela vá à falência. Ser feliz é reconhecer que vale a pena viver, apesar de todos os desafios, incompreensões e períodos de crise. Ser feliz é deixar de ser vítima dos problemas e se tornar um autor da própria história. É atravessar desertos fora de si, mas ser capaz de encontrar um oásis no recôndito da sua alma. Ser feliz é não ter medo dos próprios sentimentos. É saber falar de si mesmo. É ter coragem para ouvir um “não”. É ter segurança para receber uma critica, mesmo que injusta. Pedras no caminho? Guardo todas, um dia vou construir um castelo.
Peace Kit :) Big summary
Well, I will jump into a summary, as I would like to have here everything that did influence my journey to peace. During my whole life, starting by the year of 1996, little “coincidences” happened that lead my life to a better one, but important – this was only because I had a bigger belief “Everything will always end up well, if it didn’t – do not stop the search, it is not the end yet, because everything DOES end up well…” 1) The book with what everything started: “Do not sweat the small stuff, everything is small staff” – for this read my blog – the post on peace kit – 1st part… 2) The second book, or author that gave me different perspectives of life and death was “only love is real” Brian Weiss” http://www.brianweiss.com/. This was somewhere around 2001. In this book, Brian Weiss tells his experience with one of his patients, with whom he does a regression and it seems that the regression brings her to another life… This might be questionable, but with lots of experience and listening to proves it really mixed some feelings and knowledge inside me 3) The third step of my journey was a bigger step. This step started between 2001 and 2006, period in which I spent lots of time talking to my mother by phone, while I was in Germany and Hungary. We talked a lot about physic quantics and Buddhism, psychology, religions and mainly about life in general, and this was my hugest path to my actual believes and trueness. This was the film “What the bleep do we know?” http://www.whatthebleep.com/whatthebleep/ – this film had some insights that were very important for my life from there on (2006 May). (see my post peace kit – 2nd part) Some insights: Emoto – water crystallization research on positive / negative thoughts; How much negative thoughts can destroy your life; broaden you mind, broaden your attention, increase your awareness… 4) 2006 – 2007 yoga travel The yoga brought me to a conscious level that showed me that whatever point of your life it will be always important to go back to yourself and let the whatever-bad-thing-happening go away through the focus on the good things that for sure are happening. The yoga, the asana practice is a way to the meditation, while you are doing your practice you are meditating, if you concentrate on each of your posture and try to master yourself, this little time you are there, you are only there, you are there only for you, this is meditating – with the yoga, I started the study of the Vedas, which completed a lot the other studies and learnings that I was through!! 5) Beautiful World – Already In existence This CD, as other books, I had found by coincidence in the Amazon and had ordered just because the idea was attractive, but then this music had awe me…. Não se desespere quando alguém que você pensa que ama te abandona, só se perde um grande amor quando ele não for grande o suficiente, pois se fosse não teria como perdê-lo… Aprendi que: Quando não gostamos de alguém e esse alguém gosta muito da gente devemos encontrar nessa pessoa uma virtude,mas como, se não gosto dela? Eis a resposta: a virtude é o sentimento que ela tem por nós… Quando gostamos demais de uma pessoa e não somos correspondidos devemos encontrar um defeito nesta pessoa… Aí você me pergunta e como vou encontrar um defeito em uma pessoa que eu Amo? E eu lhe respondo: o maior defeito é ela não te amar como você a ama… Partida e a chegada depende do ponto de vista que encaramos… As vezes uma partida é o início de uma vida melhor e feliz. UM DESEJO SÓ NÃO BASTA !! Perdao, paz, plenitude – custam barato (05/05/2008 – right before my transfer to Mexico)
Forgiveness is not for the others is only for yourself… When you forgive someone, are you making a favour for the person ? What do the person think or feel when you forgive her/him ? What do you feel when you forgive someone ? Is this feeling better for the person or for yourself ? What do you think when you do not forgive someone ? What does the person think when you do not forgive her/him ? After forgiving someone, from your heart, what do you feel after ? …the biggest benefit of the forgiveness is the peace that it brings to yourself. Cada aula de yoga eu tenho aprendido algo diferente, minha professora é um pouco diferente do que eu diria ser uma yoguini, na verdade, isto me fez mostrar que todos são capazes de ser bons instrutores de yoga, importante é o que voce quer passar para os outros! Minha professora de yoga…. Ao começar a ter aulas com ela, a sua facilidade para entrar nas posições e sua facilidade para falar sobre coisas profundas me encantou e no começo me fez sentir motivada. Ao passar o tempo e ao tentar o máximo seguir seus passos e ter uma dificuldade grande em acompanhar, o desanimo tomou conta e foram precisos 2 anos de desistência e persistência para que eu percebesse que cada um tem seu limite, e foi ao ter aulas nas férias da minha professora, com um professor americano que eu aprendi que para ser uma yogini, não basta entrar fácil nas posições e falar bonito. Que para ser uma yogini, eu posso ter um limite muito menor e não ter a flexibilidade de um guru indiano, mas importante são as crenças, valores e linha de conduta !! Ao fazer aulas com o Tom e ver como ele é longe de ser flexível, mas aura, sua voz, seu modo de conduzir a aula, enchem a pessoa de paz… até seu studio faz com que você comece a meditar apenas de iniciar as suadações do sol com a foto do pathabi jois te observando na parede! sua A energia que vem de dentro do coração da pessoa é muito mais importante do que o quanto teu braço alcança ao redor da perna seu dedão do pé…. Ao fazer uma aula em um sábado ás 10:30 da manhã, em plena frente fria durante um verão quente de Budapeste, quando o ar fica quente, mas a brisa esfria tudo, fazendo com que o calor do clima continental fique ameno e gostoso, meu espirito transformou-se, e muitos dos pensamentos esquisitos que originavam sentimentos estranhos foram dissipando-se. Ao sair da aula, que é em um prédio tipico de budapeste, com apenas 4 andares, que dá em uma praça que ficar ao redor de vários restaurantes e barzinhos que deixam suas mesas no centro da praça, praça que abriga também alguns restaurantes macro bioticos, lojinhas indianas, lojas de cd de meditação, eu parei alguns segundos para sentir aquele clima todo e aquela energia toda… resolvi sem pressa sentar em uma das mesinhas da praça debaixo de uma sombra que uma árvore enorme estava fazendo, e percebi pelo cheiro de terra molhada que havia chovido, o que completou a ambiente perfeito para me fazer sentir a paz enorme que uma aula de 2 horas de yoga pode trazer!!! Com calma peguei minha revista de yoga e comecei a ler alguns artigos enquanto meu suco de laranja chegava… Aqueles momentos, aquela paz, aquele cenário, aquele cheiro de terra molhada, emoldurei e guardei no meu coração, para sempre lembrar como as coisas mais simples são aquelas que trazem maior prazer, não paguei mais de 4000 Forintes, 2000 pela aula de yoga e 2000 pelo suco de laranja e salada…. E um valor imensuravel pelos pensamentos de paz e calma e tranquilidade que fui abençoada naquele momento… Percebi então o proposito da meditação, do pensamento positivo, da nossa vontade de ter paz, sem estar escravo desse desejo, de apenas se deixar levar pela estado de paz, ou qualquer outro sentimento que invade teu coração… Essa plenitude é atingida quantas vezes desejarmos, quantas vezes abrirmos o coração, e nada é necessário, ninguém… Você, na verdade, só você, sozinho, solitário é capaz de atingir esta plenitude, estando com uma multidão ao redor, ou estando sozinho, mas apenas quando você for capaz de isolar-se e encher-se de paz, paz que traz amor por si mesmo que traz felicidade e assim a plenitutde toma conta de você de uma maneira magnifica, que te faz sentir completo, pleno, cheio e capaz de sorrir por muitos séculos, um sorriso que vem de dentro, um sorriso que não força nenhum musculo da face, um sorriso que se expressa pelos olhos, suaves linhas do rosto, mas pelos olhos, pelo olhar profundo de serenidade !!!! Nada no mundo paga esse momento, esse sentimento, e se formos capazes além de tudo de transmitir este sorriso para uma segunda pessoa, então essa troca de olhar cheia de plenitude e paz, gera uma energia inexplicável que nada e nem ninguem que não sentiu e viveu pode entender, mas que quem sentiu e viveu entende exatamente o que uma troca de olhar de duas pessoas sentindo-se plenas e completas com uma paz interior que transborda de felicidade…

Nesse sentido, nós participamos de uma longa jornada de evolução do Big Bang para o maior objetivo da vida: Energizar nossos corpos, geração após geração, até chegarmos a um céu que finalmente podemos ver. … hoje podia ser um dia que eu estaria irritada por meus planos basicamente não darem certo…. A yoga que queria experimentar, era uma Iyengar nivel 3 e o professor não me deixou ficar, me mandou para a aula de amanhã ás 10 da manhã, a manicure e pedicure que costumo ir todo sábado estava cheia hoje, não consegui, acabei indo em outro lugar… …mas queria pintar o cabelo de manhã, não tinha hora, deixei meu telefone se conseguissem antes e ás 10:00 me ligaram para eu ir, então tudo se adiantou e fui com a Suki no cabeleireiro… Com isso voltei para casa cedo, com uma vontade enorme de ficar sossegadinha e sentido a falta daquela paz e sossego que um dia tive, e que sei que está lá mas não tenho conseguido resgatar… Foi então que cheguei em casa com a Suki, olhei o DVD que a Monika me emprestou. Ela falou que eu deveria assistir, ela disse que não parou de pensar em mim quando o viu, e o filme é o livro “cuspido e escarrado”, mesmo por que o produtor é o próprio autor do livro… “A Profecia Celestina”…. Tinha começado a ler este livro um tempo atrás quando estava no meio da minha busca por algo mais, no meio da minha busca pela minha missão aqui, em um período que considero meu periodo de ouro, quando minha paz estava lá, um amor enorme por todas coisas e não havia perdido meu caminho, mas não sei por que não consegui acabar o livro, minha concentração estava, sempre foi na verdade, muito perturbada… Hoje ao ver o filme, uma paz e uma mágica veio vindo. Partes do filme eu dormi, partes eu assisti, mas no final quando descrevem as 9 profecias, sem querer levantei a cabeça em um suspiro profundo de entendimento, alivio, felicidade, plenitude e meu olhar pousou exatamente no porta retrato dos meus irmãos e …. …. Minha mãe….. Lágrimas começaram a correr pelo meu rosto e um choro gostoso veio, olhei minha mãe com aquele sorriso tão aberto, tão puro, pleno de felicidade de estar no meio dos 3 filhos… Nesse momento, olhando a minha mãe na foto, no meio de nós 3, qualquer um poderia descrever sem nenhuma margem de erro o que é felicidade e amor incondicional… Nesse momento as nuvens que
Tantra – 01/07/2006 (do meu computador…)
Tantra, que bom que achei a yoga para me ajudar a tomar decisoes importantes sem me arrepender !!! Na minha busca por ideias que pudessem orientar minha vida, de maneira a vive-la como gosto, intensamente, mas de uma maneira que pudesse orgulhar-me dela e fazer com que eu vivesse em uma “familia de almas” que pudesse fazer feliz, deparei-me com a Yoga. Meu objetivo claro e absoluto na vida e ser feliz e fazer as pessoas em volta de mim felizes. A busca conjunta por essa felicidade, minha e das pessoas com quem convivi, convivo ou convivirei, e o que fazem minha felicidade, nao somente o encontro dela, mas entender q ja na busca pela felicidade, esta a felicidade. Muitas pessoas esperam por uma coisa ou outra para serem felizes e esquecem-se de aproveitar a busca, e quando conseguem tornam-se infelizes, por que ou querem mais, ou querem buscar novamente outra felicidade para poderem aproveitar a busca… Tudo muito complicado, a felicidade, que a yoga catalisou na minha vida foi o momento, foi a decisao de ser feliz por pequenas coisas. Como no Hinduismo, Budismo e parte de algumas religioes, o apreciar dos momentos pequenos e divinos do nosso dia a dia fazendo com que no final dele, reconhecemos uma felicidade maior, imensa, formada de montes de pequenos momentos, e isso esta totalmente sob nosso controle! A yoga me mostrou a calma, paz e tranquilidade de sabermos ficarmos sos com nos mesmos e estarmos em paz. A meditacao q outrora parecia impossivel, parece agora fazer parte da rotina. E nao e necessario sentar em lotus, ter um ambiente preparado para isso, ja me peguei meditando esperando uma reuniao importante, for a da sala do ministerio da saude na Hungria, simplesmente por saber que teria que esperar mais de 45 mins, e nao tinha tido tempo para meditar nos ultimos dias, entao ao inves de irritar-me por ter que esperar, agradeci a oportunidade de poder ter aqueles minutos, no meio do dia para dedicar a mim mesma ! Comecei a ler um pouquinho sobre yoga, ensinado por Patanjali, que foi a yoga que comecei dos 8 “ limbos” (nao sei como se chama em portuges) que e o ashtanga, Patanjali era definitavemente dualista, e acreditava que o divino, espiritual esta separado do nosso mundano dia a dia. Atraves da yoga, voce busca o divino, atraves do encontro da tua paz interior e da tua tranquilidade, controle de pensamento e respiracao, controle de si mesmo… Meu interesse pelo Tantra veio da definicao baseada no nao dualismo, nao existencia do certo e errado, nao existencia do bem e do mal, nao existencia do divino e material. O Tantra, nao e uma filosofia tao pouco como muita filosofia de yoga que acredita que para atingir o maximo e necessario abdicar coisas mundanas, como dinheiro, prazeres, posses, emprego, familia. Ao contrario, o Tantra incentiva a experimentacao pessoal, e a experiencia como uma maneira de ir adiante no cominho da realizacao pessoal. Outro pensamento interessante do Tantra, e que acreditando no sistema nao dualista, nao ha separacao da realidade material e espiritual, entao atingir um nivel espiritual elevado, nao e um desafio, mas um fato. Apesar de percebemos como humanos dualidades em volta de nos todo o tempo – bem e mal, masculino, feminino, quente e frio – tudo isso e ilusao criado por nosso ego quando, de fato, todos opostos estao contidos em um mesmo universo de consciencia. Para os Tantricos, isso quer dizer que tudo que fazemos ou tudo que sentimos, vindo da dor ou do prazer ou qualquer coisa no meio, e uma expressao do divino que somente vai trazer-nos mais perto da nossa propira divindade. A vida diaria, sentimentos estranhos, tudo que sentimos e julgamos talvez errado, nao sao coisas que temos que fugir ou superar, mas mesmo o que parece o mais errado dos nossos atos, ou negativo, se feito com uma intencao positiva e contendo uma energia e sentimento puro, sao bonitos e devem ser valorizados. Um professor de tradicao Tantrica de Sri Vidya, Rod Stryker, diz que muito mais do procurar por samadhi, ou seja, libertacao do mundo carnal, o Tantra ensina que a libertacao e possivel no nosso mundo, dentro de nos mesmos… Uma das coisas que mais me atraiu no Tantra foi a crenca de que tudo e divino, Tantra acredita que nao ha, literalmente, nenhuma particula de realidade que nao e capaz de revelar extase e que tudo que existe e cheio de luz e reconhecimento…. Isso vem muito junto com a filosofia de vida que minha me ensina, que ela tenta fazer com que eu aprenda e baseie minha vida – a tentar enxergar em cada pequena coisa uma dinvidade, olhar um folha mais verde em uma arvore e admirar, ouvir e cheirar a chuva de verao e deixar que os olhos encham de lagrima por nada, so por estar apreciando quele momento, deixar que as emocoes de manisfestem da maneira como elas querem, sem medo de expor-se, mas com desejo forte de sentir a vida !! O Tantra enxerga o corpo como uma manisfestacao do espirito. Tornando o corpo puro e forte atraves dos asanas e e unificando o universo dos opostos, o corpo pode ser um veiculo para acabar com o sofrimento e atingir a libertacao interior. O nosso corpo e um templo, que tem o poder de fazer-nos atingir um estado de espirito maior, atingindo o equilibrio de todas celulas de nosso corpo, atravez da paz e tranquilidade, enxergando tnosso corpo como uma manisfestacao de uma parte do divino que ha dentro de nos, seremos capazes de ver a beleza divina que ha por dentro. Em muitas partes do mundo, o Tantra ficou cohecido pela divlugacao de uma linha de ‘esquerda” que interpretou esse significado da manifestacao divina atraves do corpo, atraves da pratica do sexo e utilizou sua filosofia para melhorar e aperfeicoar a maneira de praticar o sexo.
